I've been taking the minerals for 8 years and it has massively improved my overall health. When I started I was in the throes of the Menopause From Hell which had resulted in losing 20-30% of my hair. As a long-haired woman this was devastating. After 3 months of taking the minerals I stopped shedding hair and within 6 months it had started to regrow. Some of the hairs were white but that was fine. So long as your have plenty of the stuff you can dye it if need be. Now my hair is 5'' longer than it was and my ponytail is nice and swishy and my plait is rope-like. I worked out that menopause stopped my intestines from taking up the micro-nutrients you need for overall good health and that the minerals with their bio-available goodies had resolved the problems. I have since found out I have diverticular disease which may have been the root cause of the problem once my digestive tract lost the support of my girlie hormones. I’m glad to have the cherry berry flavour resumed as I did not like the substituted lime flavour they taste slightly different to before, I think. Unfortunately, I was without for several days as Royal Mail had transferred the package from Exeter to Paignton and then to Bristol before finally delivering to Newton Abbot!
